- Daily monitoring of shipment movement using internal systems.
- Shipment downloading and updating using internal system, mobile apps, with MS excel report in a daily basis
- Liaise internal Departments in the office for relevant documents, info clarification, clearance and delivery of the import shipments
- Monitor and reply emails / SMS / Whatsapp messages from local and international clients and partners with regards to shipment collections, status, and other inquiries related to assigned task
- Sorting and disposal of abandoned shipments
- Document filing
