Imports And Customer Service Coordinator

The MX CSR must perform unique tasks that exceeds the typical responsibilities of an Allentown CSR, namely:
- Imports into Mexico
- Requisitions: KF enters purchasing requisitions for the services or products for the BL operation.
- IV POs: Creates intercompany product transfer orders, monitors inbound shipments.
- Handle importing process/paperwork with customs brokers for land and ocean shipments.
- Registro de toma de muestra = the process to get imports permits for regulated materials into MX.
No such regulatory requirement is handled by US CSRs.
- Inventory management.
- Customer demand forecasting.
- Supports Mexico customers with documents needed for customers to export from Mexico to other countries.
- SO17 compliance.
CL MX CSR in SO **** routinely reminds customers about their commercial terms to Mexican customers.
This activity would be prohibited for a US CSR in SO **** to perform.
