Job Description
Distribution and Dispatch Planning:
Ensure Allocation of orders to transporters through vendor portal and get visibility of order acceptance from vendor for dispatch planning; align road dispatches/forecast on shift to shift basis.
Track STO movements for plant
Monitor and review Logistics MIS on daily weekly fortnightly and monthly basis on various dispatch performance indicators for all Plants and discuss with respective PLHs/ head Operations .
On daily basis manage fleet requirement and priority movement share of fleet efficiencies & reasons for variance and monitor truck yard management system at the plant
Evaluate infrastructure available for truck loading with type and allocate a loading time window sector wise depending upon transit time and other barriers
Compliance to Sales & Operations Planning:
Ensuring timely deployment of the fleet for the assigned sector / segment in line with the orders.
