The Buddhism, Psychology, and Mental Health Program at New College is hiring an in-person Sessional Lecturer for BPM330H1F, focusing on mindfulness-informed mental health interventions from September to December 2026. Engage students in understanding mindfulness through various cultural and philosophical lenses.
We seek a qualified candidate with a nearly completed Ph.D. related to Buddhist Studies or Psychology and teaching experience. The course covers the intersection of mindfulness with biomedical interventions while emphasizing historical and societal contexts. You will prepare and deliver content, mark assessments, and conduct office hours.
