Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance products to new and existing customers through consultative sales support
  • Handle inbound calls and perform follow-up calls to close new business
  • Generate revenue for the company by matching customers with products that meet their needs
  • Interact with customers primarily via telephone or email to close accounts

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Reliable and predictable attendance for assigned shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Sales, Insurance, or a Call Center environment
  • Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset
