Job Description
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products to new and existing customers through consultative sales support
- Handle inbound calls and perform follow-up calls to close new business
- Generate revenue for the company by matching customers with products that meet their needs
- Interact with customers primarily via telephone or email to close accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Reliable and predictable attendance for assigned shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Sales, Insurance, or a Call Center environment
- Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset
