Inbound Sales Representative (Barcelona On-site)

What you will do in this role

  • Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business Development of customers acquired / profiled online. Account management of gold customers and partners.
  • Perform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (in addition to call back for support tasks).
  • Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
  • Give feedback on sales activity.
  • Identify right contacts at customers.
  • Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline.

Your qualifications

  • Proficient or bilingual level of Swedish with an advanced English level.
  • One year of related sales experience.
  • Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills.
