Inbound Sales Representative (Barcelona On-site)
What you will do in this role
- Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business Development of customers acquired / profiled online. Account management of gold customers and partners.
- Perform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (in addition to call back for support tasks).
- Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
- Give feedback on sales activity.
- Identify right contacts at customers.
- Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline.
Your qualifications
- Proficient or bilingual level of Swedish with an advanced English level.
- One year of related sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills.
