Inbound Supervisor (B Shift)

As an Inbound Supervisor at Arvato, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all inbound shipments, supporting our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. You will effectively manage labor and equipment resources while prioritizing inbound shipments with precision and operational excellence. YOUR TASKS
* Supervise and manage labor resources and equipment within the inbound operation.
* Ensure on-time completion of inbound activities while maintaining accuracy and quality to meet customer requirements.
* Partner with the Control Tower team to coordinate labor allocation and prioritize inbound shipments.
* Oversee direct ocean container inbounds, LTL shipments, and building-to-building transfers.
* Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of all inbound employees.
* Manage the receiving and transferring of materials.
* Hire, train, and develop new employees within the inbound department.
