Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end administration of incentive (bonus) plans and ensure compliance with company policies and plan documentation.
- Ensure programs follow approved plan documents, governance standards, and company policies.
- Build and maintain workflows, rules, calculations, reporting, and analytics to meet business needs.
- Calculate and deliver incentive awards on time and accurately (monthly through annual), resolving exceptions as needed.
- Partner with payroll teams to process payments accurately, on time, and in compliance with local requirements.
