We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Incident Manger Jr.
**Responsibilities & Skills**:
Monitoring Service Alerts from cloud based off board server system.
Incident triage, follow-up, and coordination up to resolution
CAB (Change Advisory Board) Facilitation and representation from US Market standpoint.
Reporting of KPIs and for management review and decision making
