Job Description

We are recruiting an Inclusion Support Mentor to work within a secondary school supporting pupils at risk of disengagement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide targeted inclusion support


  • Support behaviour and engagement


  • Build positive relationships with pupils


  • Work alongside SEN and pastoral teams


    • Skills & Experience


  • Experience in education, care or mentoring is desirable
