Assures that purchased materials and components are inspected and tested using inspection procedures Verifies and assures that component inspection records are being manage appropriately and kept per existing Company procedures and policies.
Verifies that stock checks are conducted as required by corporate or division functions.
Balance QC inspector work balanced under his supervision based on demand and priorities from receiving department and stock checks.
Evaluates and verifies that QC inspectors are properly trained.
Keep under his controls and supervision all incoming inspection nonconformance materials/components.
Assures material and components are inspected on timely.
Promotes improvements ideas to improves defects detection.
Evaluates and assigns material inspections needs based on trending.
Provides follow up to open Non conformances in order to close them on the predetermined time.
