Job Description
Position: Incubation Manager – RIDE, JIIT
Minimum Qualification:
* Master's Degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Technology Management, Engineering, or related disciplines (MBA preferred).
Minimum Experience:
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in an Incubation Centre, Startup Ecosystem, Innovation Cell, Accelerator, Entrepreneurship Development Centre, or related domain.
* Experience in startup mentoring support, incubation operations, stakeholder engagement, program management, funding ecosystem, and innovation-driven initiatives will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the RIDE incubation centre
Support incubated startups and entrepreneurial initiatives
Coordinate mentoring sessions, innovation programs, hackathons, and startup events
Build linkages with mentors, investors, industry, government bodies, and startup ecosystem partners
