Job Title: india: Supply Chain Coordinator
Department:Supply Chain Management (Business Support Services)
Key Responsibilities:
Working with external suppliers to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
Preparing Purchase Orders againstproforma invoicesand following up for internal approvals.
Reconciling vendor proforma invoices against our supplier contractual agreements.
Preparing reports to be communicated to internal customers.
Coordinating between internal departments such aswarehouses,Rigs, and logistics.
Qualification:
Musthave proficient computer skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MSExcel,etc.)
Working knowledge or experience in the accounting and finance domainisa must.
Oracle/SAP experience is preferred.
