JOB STATEMENT/PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Director of Operations & Social Enterprise, the Indigenous Training & Innovation Manager leads the expansion, innovation, and delivery of ANHC's Indigenous Awareness Workshops (IAWs) and other education trainings representing all Alaska Native peoples and cultures to businesses, partner organizations, and community. This role designs and refines training content, develops innovative digital educational products to grow ANHC's global reach, delivers engaging and high-quality sessions, and ensures exceptional professionalism in every client interaction. The Manager works with existing clients while actively growing the program by cultivating partnerships, conducting outreach, preparing proposals, and identifying new opportunities that drive revenue and strengthen overall impact.
