Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Indirect Purchasing Coordinator to lead a team of 3 specialists in a dynamic, high-volume purchasing environment (~300 orders/week).

This role combines hands-on procurement responsibilities with team leadership, acting as a key interface between local operations and global purchasing teams.

Fluency is both Polish and English is mandatory.
Work model : Hybrid ( 4 days onsite,1 day remote)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the daily work of a team of 3 purchasing professionals

Manage end-to-end indirect procurement processes, including: 
Supplier sourcing and bidding (RFQs/RFPs) 

Commercial evaluation of offers 

Contract negotiations and supplier selection
