Job Description

Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies driving continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to forecast production needs and optimize resource allocation. Design and implement layout plans for manufacturing facilities to maximize workflow efficiency and safety. Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is essential, while a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or process engineering environments.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or electronics industries is preferred to align with our projects.
