Industrial Engineer

Job Description

• This role is in charge of one important section inside TEF6, where standardised work activities are developed through time studies, MTM-1 analysis, and operator job balancing on production lines.
• Create operator instructions, capacity tables, ergonomics analyses, layout development, routings creation, and control.
• Participate in validation and installation of new production lines or equipment according to Bosch procedures (Industrial Engineering WSR).
• Active participation in new projects to comply with standardized work requirements defined and maintained through time studies and MTM-1 analysis, PGL, Ergochecks, etc.
• Create and maintain operator instructions (PQIs), standardized work, line balancing charts, bottleneck matrices according to established formats.
• Develop time studies with specific frequency following CD-04603, using stopwatch or MTM-1 studies.
