Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor company health and safety policies, programs, and procedures in accordance with DOLE, DOH, DENR, etc.
  • Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Investigate and document incidents, accidents, near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and training programs on occupational safety, fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and proper handling of equipment.
  • Maintain and update records of health and safety activities, permits, and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate with government agencies like BFP, DOLE, LGU, etc. for compliance audits, inspections, and certifications.
