Job Overview
Responsible for establishing and deploying Industrial Engineering systems for new factory setup. Support line layout planning, standard time definition, capacity and manpower modeling, process optimization and continuous improvement to ensure smooth factory ramp‑up and achievement of efficiency, cost and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
New Factory Setup & Planning
- Participate in line layout, material flow and workstation design for new factory
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and new line setup
- Establish IE fundamentals including standard time, capacity and manpower models
Standard Time & Capacity Management
- Conduct time study and motion study on shopfloor
- Establish and maintain standard work and standard time
- Perform capacity, manpower and bottleneck analysis
