Industrial Engineer

Johnson Controls (global leader in building systems) is looking for an Industrial Engineer on a contract basis.

What will you do?

The Industrial Engineer will focus on optimizing complex processes and systems within manufacturing operations to improve efficiency and productivity through cost initiative projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the updates of the line’s Current Value Stream Maps (VSMs), identifying improvement opportunities, prioritizing action items, and leading implementation through Kaizen events or continuous improvement projects.
• Update and maintain the plant layout, improving process flow accordingly.
• Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
