ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for one important section inside TEF6, developing Standardized Work activities through time studies and MTM-1 analysis and balancing operator work on production lines.Create operator instructions, capacity tables, ergonomics analyses, layout development, routing creation, and control.Participate in validation and installation of new production lines or equipment according to internal Bosch procedures.Actively contribute to new projects to comply with Standardized Work requirements defined and maintained through time studies, MTM-1 analysis, PGL, Ergochecks, and other tools.Create and maintain operator instructions (PQIs), standardized work, line balancing charts, bottleneck matrices, etc., according to established formats.Develop time studies with specified frequency using CD‐, stopwatch or MTM-1 studies.Determine IE standard times (VT/TEB).
