Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Create and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports
- Assist in cost reduction initiatives and resource optimization
- Support business process automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in related field
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools
