**In this position...**
Cleveland Engine Plant is looking for highly skilled, lean-driven Manager to lead our Industrial Engineering team. Within this new plant role, the selected candidate will lead IEs and support production to develop productivity proposals (rebalances, OLOT reduction, throughput improvements).
**What you'll do...**
+ Lead ergonomics improvement and problem solving through IE actions
+ Lead workstation set up and optimization
+ Implement engineering changes that affect the workstation and allocations.
+ Supervise/coach IEs with time study schedules (e.g., MODAPTS)
+ Interface with union/works council and Health and Safety to settle job disputes and ...
