**Aerotek is Hiring for an Industrial Mechanic**
The Industrial Mechanic maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs packaging manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, reduces unplanned downtime, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.
**_Up to $35/hour + Weekly Pay!_**

**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on packaging manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, fillers, sealers, and automated systems.
+ Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and complete timely repairs to maintain production efficiency.
+ Work closely with production teams to respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
+ Conduct routine inspections of equipment and identify potential failures before they occur.
