• Operate sandblasting equipment to remove paint, rust, dirt, and other debris from surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sandblasting to ensure proper adhesion.
• Work on industrial/commercial painting projects requiring sandblasting services.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and project timelines.
• Utilize power tools and equipment proficiently to achieve desired results.
• Caulk and rig surfaces as needed for sandblasting procedures.
• Follow schematics and instructions to complete sandblasting & painting tasks accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the sandblasting process.
• Able to use a variety of methods to apply paint (e.g., spray gun).
• Must be able to work in a challenging fast‑paced industry.
