Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
Handle EOBI & PESSI contributions for Head Office and project employees
Resolve workers’ grievances and conflicts
Coordinate with Labor Department and relevant authorities for workers’ benefits, claims, and compensation cases
Maintain accurate and updated workers’ records and documentation
Support a positive industrial relations environment
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, EOBI, and PESSI regulations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Good record-keeping and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HRM + Certification of Labor Laws & IR
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
