Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Union Management & Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)

  • Develop and maintain constructive, transparent, and professional communication with all Serikat Pekerja levels and employee representatives.
  • Support the implementation, interpretation, and enforcement of the Collective Labor Agreement (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama - PKB) or Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan - PP).
  • Represent the company during labor negotiations and facilitate regular bipartite forums to proactively address union grievances.


2. Dispute Resolution, Investigations & Compliance

  • Ensure all company policies, actions, and contract terminations strictly comply with Indonesian labor laws and current regulations
