Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related function.

• Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other relevant labour legislation.

• Strong analytical, investigation, and problem‑solving skills.

• Good report writing, documentation, and case management skills.

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and employee engagement skills.

• Ability to conduct investigations and handle disciplinary and grievance matters professionally and confidentially.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within stipulated timelines.
