Job Description

We are seeking an IndustryEngagement Manager to help disrupt fraud and scams through effective policy engagement and cross‑sector collaboration. You’ll apply your knowledge of legislation, regulation, and industry frameworks to support customer protection and inform a forward‑looking fraud strategy.

You’ll work closely with government, law enforcement, telecommunications providers, technology platforms, and peer financial institutions—while advising internal teams across Fraud, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.

Duties:

  • Monitor and interpret Canadian and international fraud‑related legislation, regulation, and industry initiatives.
  • Represent the Bank in public‑private and cross‑sector partnerships focused on fraud and scam disruption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, industry associations, technology firms, and other financial institutions.
