Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end creator partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and long‑term relationship management.
- Lead content production with creators, translating Opera’s product strengths into high‑performing short‑form content for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels.
- Drive creative direction by analyzing content performance and providing actionable input on hooks, scripts, and storytelling that improves engagement and installs.
- Collaborate closely with Product and User Acquisition teams to align influencer messaging with product updates and regional growth initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CPI, ROI, and retention, and use insights to optimize creator selection and campaign strategy.
