Job Description

ROLE:

  • Prospect, qualify, and contact new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets.
  • Onboard and activate partners in campaigns, ensuring continuous engagement.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance incentives.
  • Plan and execute sales-driven initiatives and reactivate inactive partners.
  • Monitor performance, identify upsell, cross-sell, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials.

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing management experience.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of PowerBI or other tools is a plus.
