Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement
Informatica SaaS Customer 360 (C360)
solutions for customer master data management.
Configure and customize
Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
workflows, APIs, and integrations.
Implement and maintain
Master Data Management (MDM)
processes including data consolidation, matching, merging, and governance.
Configure and optimize
Survivorship Models , matching rules, and hierarchy management.
Perform
Survivorship Model tuning
to improve data accuracy and quality.
Work extensively on
Informatica Data Quality Analysis , profiling, cleansing, standardization, and validation.
Develop integrations between Informatica C360 and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other cloud platforms.
Create and maintain business rules, reference data, and data stewardship processes.
