Job Description
IT Business Analyst | Madrid, Spain | 6–12 Month Contract (Rolling)
- Document and validate business system requirements, map as-is and to-be process flows with Business and IT teams.
- Lead/participate in workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and ensuring all business needs are captured.
- Prepare project documentation, test plans, and support system testing and UAT to meet quality standards.
- Assist with implementation tasks and provide post-implementation support for successful project delivery.
- Deliver management presentations, train key users, and provide logistics/systems consultancy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics, or Engineering; Business Analysis (CBAP/PMI-PBA) or Project Management certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a large international logistics environment with proven BA experience in IT projects.
