Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document both functional and non-functional requirements. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and translate business needs into clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Review implementation plans, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with business stakeholders, external vendors, and ICT teams for ongoing operations, maintenance, and enhancements. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts (e.g., using Tricentis Tosca) to support functional and regression testing across frontend, backend, and integration layers. Validate system enhancements against business requirements and expectations. Track and manage defects throughout the lifecycle, from identification to closure, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and guidelines.
