Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Information Technology Manager role based in Karachi. The Information Technology Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, end‑user devices, and critical business applications. The role will involve overseeing IT operations, ensuring system availability and performance, and implementing robust security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures in compliance with regulatory and internal controls. The manager will coordinate with business and investment teams to understand technology needs, manage vendor relationships, and support deployment and integration of fintech and asset management systems. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supervising the IT team, prioritizing support requests, managing change control processes, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in technology governance and service delivery.
