Job Description: ITOps Consultant – Monitoring & Observability

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ITOps Consultant – Monitoring & Observability to design,

implement, and operate enterprise-grade monitoring solutions. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of IT infrastructure and applications through modern observability practices.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in monitoring and observability platforms, with OpsRamp as a primary or preferred tool. Candidates with strong experience in Datadog or Dynatrace and proven capability to integrate monitoring tools with ITSM platforms are also encouraged to apply. This is a rotational shift role, supporting 24x7 operations.
