Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Support Lead with hands‑on experience in leading support, patching, solving P1/P2 tickets, understanding of Lifecycle Management, BeanShell scripting, and application onboarding using REST APIs, web services, and databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining identity governance solutions, managing access certifications, and troubleshooting provisioning workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
  • Develop and maintain provisioning workflows and rules.
  • Integrate applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and JDBC connectors.
  • Configure and customize connectors for various target systems.
  • Write and maintain BeanShell scripts for rules, policies, and workflows.
