- Modify configurations, utilities, and software default settings for local workstations.
- Provide effective troubleshooting and support for EMR systems.
- Document internal procedures and updates for IT processes.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users, including account creation and termination.
- Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
