Managing and maintaining infrastructure environments (servers, networks, telephony and cloud) to ensure secure and reliable operations 
Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying risks, vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities 
Troubleshooting incidents and resolving issues quickly to minimise disruption to frontline services 
Designing and supporting scalable infrastructure solutions that enable consistent and high-quality service delivery 
Contributing to disaster recovery and business continuity planning to strengthen organisational resilience
