Job Description
Salary Range $90,000 - $110,000
Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, including mail flow, connectors, and transport rules.
Manage shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail‑enabled objects.
Support messaging‑related escalations and perform mailbox audits (access, forwarding, usage).
Maintain and support email security configurations and controls.
Operate and maintain the SolarWinds & Azure monitoring platform.
Perform daily alert triage, health checks, and troubleshooting across servers, applications, network devices, VMware, and cloud environments.
Optimize alerting to reduce noise and improve detection accuracy.
Onboard new infrastructure into monitoring and provide reporting for operational and incident support.
Manage Azure Virtual Machines, including performance, availability, and lifecycle activities.
