Application Developer Associate Advisor

Full-stack AI developer building intelligent automation and AI-powered platforms for the DPA COE. This role does NOT require BPM/Pega knowledge — it's for a strong software engineer who owns features end-to-end (backend APIs, frontend UIs, database design, cloud infrastructure) and integrates LLMs into production applications. You'll work hands-on across the team's full portfolio: RAG platforms, license management systems, deployment automation, and emerging AI initiatives. AI is not a nice-to-have here — it is how this team builds, operates, and evolves.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across all COE applications, including RAG Platform (FastAPI, React, LangChain, Azure AI Search, PostgreSQL), FLAC (FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL), and Pega Deployment Manager (Python, GitHub integration).
