An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Infrastructure -HSE Advisor to join Rolls-Royce Submarines.

We are looking for an experienced facility management (FM)/ small construction works biased HSE Advisor that is familiar with CDM regulations and in managing high hazard activities such as working at height, fire and lifting operations with a good level of experience in managing contractor activities.

Reporting to the local HSE Manager and based on a sound understanding of the local HSE performance and risk profile, you will support the implementation of HS&E management arrangements to ensure compliance with HSE requirements and support the drive towards a zero harm culture in support of RRSL’s priorities.
