Job Description
Infrastructure Support Specialist responsible for middleware and infrastructure support of business‑critical banking applications across Production and Non‑Production environments . The applications support user login, account opening, and high‑value payment transactions , requiring strong availability, monitoring, and rapid incident response.
Key Responsibilities- Administer WebLogic and JBoss servers via console and command line
- Perform start/stop, troubleshooting, and maintenance of application servers
- Support SIT, UAT, NFT, and Production environments
- Monitor application & server health to ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Coordinate with WebLogic consultants and Unix system administrators for patching
