## Join our Team About this opportunity We are looking for a mid-level Project Engineer to join our Tlaxcala factory. In this role, you will be a key player in industrialization and NPI, ensuring a smooth transfer of new and modified products into series production. You will drive production follow-up, secure product release to series, and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. What you will do • Transfer products and processes from R&D to production site • Secure product release to series, including validation of production readiness, documentation, and compliance with Ericsson standards and customer requirements. • Implement, and maintain efficient, ergonomic, and safe production processes, equipment, and tools. • Assure that work instructions, process documentation, control plans, and test requirements are implemented for new projects. • Identify and execute continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
