• Develop and implement systems to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
• Participate in the change management process to keep products or services compliant with customer requirements.
• Work as part of a cross‑functional team with other business and engineering disciplines.
• Establish principles of product and service quality evaluation and control for the system.

• Provide direction and supervise the development of inspection plans, First Article Inspection, In‑Process and Final Product Inspection, Sampling Plans, inspection and acceptance criteria, and Design Validation Testing.
