Job Description

Responsible to manage and monitor current and new customers quality management systems in the organization to assure requirements and and responsabilitiesCoordinate and review with work team, control plan, reaction plan, technical specification and quality critical features that must be accomplish by production area in product manufacturing.Lead to multidisciplinary team to assure the permanent corrective actions in quality management systems and in customer sites due to warranty claims to assure the accomplish manufacturing product in production line and quality targets.Manage Current and New Customer Sites to answer on time due to Warranty Claims.Execute statistical analysis – related to product survival/fails (MIS, Miles, MT etc.)Validate Permanent and Preventive Corrective actions due to Warranty claims and suggest “Read Across” as needed to prevention.Validate Error proofing Equipment (Error & Mistake Proofing) due to Warranty claims and suggest “Read Across” as needed to prevent...
