Job Description

IT Staff Test Engineering The IT Staff Test Engineering is responsible for establishing and leading the testing function within the IT organization.
This role will design, implement, and mature a robust testing framework that ensures the quality, reliability, and performance of IT systems — including both off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom-developed applications.
The Staff Test engineer will oversee a team of Test Engineers, drive test strategy, manage resource allocation, and ensure best practices in software and systems testing are consistently applied across the IT portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Leadership Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, IT testing, or test engineering, including experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing QA/Test Engineering teams.
