Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Inland Execution Agent to join our team at A.P Maersk Ghana, Tema.

As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for executing high-quality, cost-efficient customer outcomes across Transported by Maersk (TbM) activities. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired customer, cost, and standardization outcomes, while ensuring compliance with internal and local regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Job allocation based on vendor capacity and responsiveness in conjunction with the Vendor management team.

  • Cost-conscious scheduling to ensure the elimination of avoidable costs in the delivery of TbM products offering.

  • Collaborate with CX agents to ensure the right visibility is provided to customers during execution.
