Innovations Manager — Beauty Devices & Accessories
Location:
HQ Delhi
Role
Own end-to-end innovation for beauty devices (e.g., hair dryers/stylers, trimmers, facial tools) and accessories (brushes, puffs, organizers). Ship differentiated, safe, cost-efficient products that fit MARS’ design-led, system-integrated roadmap.
Responsibilities
•
Roadmap & PRDs:
Define problem statements, user requirements, and success metrics; align with brand, supply chain, finance.
•
NPD & DFM/DFX:
Drive concept → EVT/DVT/PVT; manage tooling, tolerances, materials, reliability testing (drop/thermal/aging).
•
Tech Decisions:
Evaluate motor/heat/airflow modules (e.g., BLDC vs brushed, PTC, nozzle/CFD trade-offs), power electronics, safety.

Vendor & Sourcing:
Identify/qualify OEM/ODM/component suppliers; run RFQs, negotiate MOQs, build should-cost models.
