Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct proactive research toidentifyand engage potential customers to generate new business opportunity subscriptions with hotel owners and operators

  • Learn and communicate the value of our solutions tailored for clients

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, product demonstrations (virtually), negotiating, closing, and renewals

  • Manage,retain, and develop client relationships growing data, productuseand subscription value, via regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage product usage

  • Accurately track all activities and client information in the CRM system

  • Product demos to on-board and educate existing and new clients of STR’s products

  • Meet or exceed sales and activity targets

  • The role is based in theAdelaide,Sydneyor Melbourneoffice, with no travelrequired
